We operate a collection and delivery service up to a normal maximum of 35 miles.
The charge for this service is 50p per mile (total distance travelled). Longer distances can be arranged on request.- 1 Cat - £45.50

There are no extra charges for heating. There is normally no extra charge for special diets. (Owners are kindly requested to provide prescription diet foods).

Exceptions
We are closed for admissions and collections on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day.
In exceptional circumstances admissions and collections can be arranged outside these times.
Terms & Conditions of Booking
Bookings cancelled with less than 2 weeks notice will be liable to a cancellation fee
of £25. Bookings cancelled with 7 days notice or less or 'non-arrival' will be charged £50 or the
full boarding fee, whichever is greater.
There is a minimum boarding fee of £25
